man I wish that you could get npc outfits in SR 3. I see loads of civilians walking around with clothes shoes and hair that I want! Please release a DLC for that THQ. PLEASE!!

Ikr? Got that pisses me off! I can see two or three of the same NPC talking, we never had that problem in SR2 when all the people went through the same customization process as your character.

I wish that I had the PC version where I believe that people can mod it so that they can have or play as npcs. Dayum! I think that I may have to get it on teh pc from somewhere cheap. But first I need to learn how to mod it lol. Do you have it on PC?
